Legal Application for RAWAN Inc.: July-October 2023

Articles of Organization and Bylaws are drawn up and submitted to the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The application is approved in October. (RAWAN formally receives tax-exempt status in July 2024.)
