August - December 2025:

  • A centrally located, in-person training facility called the Afghan Learning Program (ALP) is established in Kabul. It is equipped with all the necessary technology and educational materials necessary to carry out RAWAN’s mission.

  • The Afghan Ministry of Education approves ALP and the center receives a license to operate.

  • In-person classes begin in November 2025. Online classes continue.

  • Initial funding allows classes to be provided for free.
